The lanceloata plantain has more tapered, spear-shaped leaves, while the plantain media has more rounded and hairier leaves.
It is found in meadows.
It can be eaten raw in salads, made into cough decoctions, infusions and cough syrups.
It can also be used externally by applying the leaves to itchy or inflamed areas.
I used it as an infusion for herbal teas
Properties: calming, refreshing, diuretic, astringent, emollient.
