Wellbeing and health, all posts

How I learned to take care of myself. My wellness discoveries and how I discover new ways to live a healthier life, in harmony with myself and nature.

What I have learned and am learning about Eastern cultures. Because what is different should not scare us, but enriches us. The “Western” world is not the bearer of a “perfect” culture, on the contrary, listening to the rest of the world is essential in my opinion.

Yoga above all is part of my life and has improved it for many years, like meditation and life in the open air.

For me, wellness is above all nature and respect for the environment, which is why I am committed to making my life as sustainable as possible. What do we leave to this Earth? Do we give as much as we take?
